Meet Our Team

Diane Arrell has lived, worked, volunteered, and sat on numerous boards in the community for the past 40 years. She has a Gerontology Degree from McMaster University. Her work experience includes working with seniors in Community Service Agencies which gives her the skills and knowledge to be part of a company geared to assisting seniors through the process of moving.

Paula Nurse has lived in the community for the past 30 years and her education includes a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Guelph along with certificates in Case Management from McMaster University and Gerontology from Ryerson University. She has had a varied career with work experience in health care, the community and the private sector. This experience includes supporting seniors in either Long Term Care or in accessing local services and resources. This varied experience gives her the knowledge and skills to work effectively with older adults.

Victoria Polos was born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario. As a result she has an extensive knowledge of the city and its development. Educated at Hillfield-Strathallan College and McMaster University with additional training at Sheridan College and Guelph University. Her varied career has included floral design, interior design and real estate. Always active in the volunteer community, she has supported the arts, parent associations and service organizations. Recent lifestyle changes in her immediate family and assisting others with theirs inspired her to offer the experience and knowledge gained to others facing this challenging period of their lives.
